TANGO JOURNEY TO BUENOS AIRES

An intercultural artistic journey to the city where I was born – into the roots of Tango Argentino.

As a dancer and choreographer from Buenos Aires and Hamburg, I guide a small group of dancers through an immersive artistic experience in Buenos Aires. This journey is not a package tour, but a cultural and artistic exploration of tango in its original environment – through movement, embodiment, history, and community.

Together we visit selected milongas and prácticas, study with renowned maestros, and experience the city through the eyes of local dancers: its music, poetry, neighbourhoods, and the social spaces where tango first emerged.

Alongside the dance work, there is space for reflection, dialogue, shared meals, wandering the city, and discovering the everyday rhythm of Buenos Aires. The journey is designed as an artistic–cultural development process.

This journey is intended for tango dancers with prior experience who wish to deepen their dance, artistic understanding, and personal connection to tango.
